At Centre Training tomorrow afternoon from 5-6pm our team will cover Hurdles, Distance Running, Javelin, Long/Triple Jump and our U6-8 session.

And now on to the Relayathon Wrap Up!

Our intrepid Athletes ran a total of 138 laps for Relayathon 2025-26, 2 more laps than last year.

Congratulations to the U11, U12 and U14-17 age-groups for running an equal first-place 17 laps. Full results were:

U6: 10 laps

U7: 12 laps

U8: 13 laps

U9: 14 laps

U10: 15 laps

U11: 17 laps

U12: 17 laps

U13: 16 laps

U14-17: 17 laps

At this stage we will donate a total of $1,784, made up of:

  • $560 in generous donations collected from you all on the day. The Centre will match this for a total of $1,120 to be donated to the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal.

  • $250 plus $3 per lap for a total of $664 to be donated to the Monash Children’s Hospital.

This number is significantly lower than last year’s $3,058, but it’s not too late! If you donate to either charity in the next few weeks, send the receipt to mentonepresident@lavic.com.au and we’ll match the donation up to a limit of $1000.

Go Mentone!
