This Saturday 31. October, we are running Program 2:
U6 - U8 families: Please arrive by 8:15am for guided warm-up and an 8:30am start
U9 - U17 families: Please arrive at 9:45am for individual warm-up and a 10am start
Duties
U7 families: You're back on set-up duty. Please arrive at 7:30am and sign in to have your duty recorded. Please remember that you're also helping out on the BBQ and canteen.
U9 families: Special event for you - your very first pack-up duty! Please remember to sign out when we are finished packing up. In addition, you’re in running our BBQ and Canteen in Session 2.
Front Straight and Back Straight scanning: Any age group! Fastest fingers first.
For all mid-session duties: Please sign up for the duty at the start of the session, grab a vest and ensure you have your name recorded on the duty sheet in the club room! To make your planning easier, we have scheduled the entire season on our duty page.
Help needed
We still need a permanent canteen manager for the early session (8am to 10am). If we can’t fill the role we will unfortunately only be able to open the canteen and BBQ from 10am onwards.
Other info
Please don’t forget to bring the chest patches and remember to bring hats, umbrellas, sunscreen and drink bottles. As usual, drinks, snacks and BBQ will be available for purchase (well... definitely from 10am onwards). Uniforms will be available for sale at the clubroom as well, and Lenny and his coffee crew will be there.
