State Cross Country Relay Championships for U9+ Athletes - Register now!

It is that time of year again when our athletes get the opportunity to compete at the State Cross Country Relay Championships. Three athletes compete as part of a team. The competition is open to all MLAC registered athletes not just those taking part in the formal Cross Country Season. The event is taking place at Cruden Farm, Langwarrin on 31. May 2025

Distances are as below  

• U9 & U10: 3 x 1km 

• U11 & U12: 3 x 1.5km 

• U13, U14, U15, U16 & U17: 3 x 2km (2 laps of 1km) 

• U9-U10 MC: 3 x 1km 

• U11-U12 MC: 3 x 1.5km 

• U13-U17 MC: 3 x 1.5km 
  

Draft Timetable

10.30am: U12 Boys & Girls 
11.00am: U11 Boys & Girls, Multi-Class Boys & Girls 
11.30am: U13, U16 & U17 Boys & Girls 
12.15pm: U14 & U15 Boys & Girls 
1.00pm: U10 Boys & Girls 
1.30pm: U9 Boys & Girls
