2023/2024 Duty Nominations

The following information is only for families who will be attending the State Track and Field Championships next weekend at Knox Park Athletics Centre.

We have over 50 athletes who have qualified, with some last minute additions due to other withdrawals, so please take a moment to check the final progressions here

It's now time to submit your duty preferences for the weekend. We are all required to perform one duty per day, per child participating in the event. Duties are allocated to centres based on the number of athletes registered to compete, so not performing your duty puts additional pressure on other families and may result in forfeiture of your Parent Duty Bond.

To register your preferences, please reply to me here with the following information by 5pm Tuesday 5th of March. Note that it's not always possible to allocate you your first preference, so please provide at least 3 options;

If your child will no longer be competing on the weekend, please let me know as soon as possible so that we don't allocate you a duty

Go Mentone!
