We put our name down for a sausage sizzle on this date over a year ago and finally it has come around. These slots are very hard to come by, so we need your support to make it a big day for the club.

We will need volunteers to cook, serve, and be cashiers on the day, from 8am in the morning till 5pm. Hopefully you can spare a few hours for a shift.

In addition, helping at the BBQ can be put down against your duty hours. If you are one of our fantastic parents who has already completed your duty hours, don’t be put off, as this is one of the best ways to raise funds for our club without you having to spend a cent.

Usually Bunnings BBQs can raise between $1500 and $2500 for the club depending on the weather, but hopefully with a summer date we can be at the top end of this.

Please contact Martin Walker on walkerm781@gmail.com  or 0414700956 with your availability. We need 5 people per 2 hour slot (8am-10am, 9:45am-11:45am, 11:30am-1:30pm, 1:15pm-3:15pm,3pm-5pm) so please give your time generously. You can specify a role or just say you are happy to do anything.
