Congratulations to Adriella Ochom for breaking her own U9 Girls' High Jump Centre/Any Venue record with a scissor of 1.14m on Saturday!

Further congratulations to Alison Furniss, Harry Olfers, George Walker, Hamish Hill and Rhiannon Hibberd for achieving PBs in every event.  The PBs are really starting to flood in now!

At Centre Training tomorrow afternoon from 5-6pm we'll focus on Relays, in preparation for our huge Mentone Relay Day on Sunday 12th November and then the LAVic Southern Metropolitan Relay Carnival on Saturday 18th November.
