We are back at the track this weekend, with our final regular round for 2022. We are running Program 2. The year is not finished yet though - our Santa Sprints are on next Sunday, 18. December! Read more below!

Under 6-8 families please arrive at 8:15 am for an 8:30 am start.
Under 9-17 families: please arrive at 9:45 am for a 10:00 am start. There are a few groups that start a bit later - please refer to the program!

U6 families: Set-up duty. Please arrive at 7:30 am and sign in at arrival to have your duty recorded. We are not able to start the session on time without your help.
U9 families: This is your first chance for a pack-up duty. Please remember to sign out when we are finished packing up.

For all mid-session duties: Please sign up for the duty at the start of the session, grab a vest and ensure you have your name recorded at the Duty Board so we can count it for Duty Bond refunds. 

Remember to bring your chest patches - if we have to re-print them this will incur a fee. The forecast looks great, don't forget hats, sunscreen and drink bottles.

Drinks, snacks and BBQ will be available for purchase.

Bring a picnic and join us for our Christmas party with Santa Sprints and other fun events! The Santa Sprints are a handicapped 100m race with great prizes for the winners. Parents will also be challenged to a couple of events. We might even get a visit from a special guest straight from the North Pole. More info to follow - keep an eye on the usual channels
