Round 2 - This Saturday 13th November at Bricker (we hope)

This Saturday is Round 2 - Click here for the program and note your start times - please arrive 10 mins before warm up and gather at your age-group signs.

As the weather really doesn't look good, please check back here (and your email) at around 7:30am Saturday morning for a cancellation announcement.  If there is no cancellation announcement, the round will be going ahead.

U8 Families are on set-up Duty - please arrive at 7:30am and sign-in with Matt or Scott to have your duty recorded.

U14/15/16 Families are on Pack Up duty - please see Matt or Scott to have your duty recorded when we are finished packing up.

Please remember your chest patches and hats (raincoats) and of course our COVID safety protocols.

Parking is available in the main carpark off Rowans Rd.  Additional parking is available in Cooma St and Joan St, with access via laneways.

Please click here for our COVID-Safe plan and Info.

General COVID-Safe Guidelines:

  • Sign-in using QR codes

  • Maintain physical distancing  (groups no bigger than 30 people)

  • Attendees 12 and over must carry masks and wear them when indoors or unable to maintain physical distance (except when competing)

  • Observe COVID-Safe hygiene practices

No spectators - one supervising adult per Athlete (an additional adult is permitted if performing a duty).  Additional children can attend if they require supervision.

All Athletes must be fully paid or registered for a free trial.

Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase, we may even have the BBQ running and some uniform sales (TBC).

Please wear comfortable sports clothes and shoes.

Please ensure you have your name recorded at the Duty Board if performing a duty (for Duty Bond refunds).

Finally, we did indeed run late last Saturday for a variety of reasons.  One major aspect is that our Team Managers need your help to run the session for your children.

Please stay with your children and offer to help at every opportunity - no experience necessary.

Go Mentone!
