U13-16 Athletes, don't forget that our final round of The Circuit is on tomorrow night at Brighton LAC (Dendy Park) from 6pm. The Program is similar to the last round at Mentone, with pizza to finish off the night.

This Saturday is Round 13.  We are running Program 1 (click here). NOTE - if you would like us to add a Race Walk at the end of the session please email mentone@lavic.com.au to let us know. We haven't held Walks for quite a while.

U7 Families are on Set Up - Please arrive at 7:30am.

U13-16 Families are on Pack Up.
