Centre Training is on tomorrow night from 5pm. We have Long Jump, Hurdles, Discus, our U6-7 session and Relay Practice for U8.

In the next few weeks we have the following exciting events to look forward to:

Friday 8th November - Round 6 Twilight at Mentone (ages U6-U12 only) AND The Circuit, inter-centre competition round for U13-U16 at Caulfield.

Sunday 10th November - Mentone Relay Day for U8-U16 (at Moorabbin LAC)
