The 2019 State Cross Country Championships will be held on the Saturday 3rd August 2019 and will be taking place at Lake Dewar in Myrniong.

Open To: Entered Under 9 to Under 16 Athletes who completed Region XC

When to arrive: It is suggested you arrive at least  1 hour before your race, keeping in mind, all athletes, team managers and parents are permitted to walk the course any time from 9:00am to 10:45am. 

Race Bib Collection: LAVic will provide athletes with a Race Bib on the day. Athletes are required to collect their Race Bib from the Athlete Check In marquee from 9.30am onwards, the check in closes 30mins prior to each event, at which stage the uncollected Race Bibs will be relocated to the Call Room at the Start line area. Race Bibs must be pinned to the front of the athlete’s top. Athletes cannot start the race without a bib. Team Managers are not able to collect athlete bibs as it is proof of the athletes attendance and decision to compete on the day.

Uniform: All athletes competing must wear their approved Centre uniform top and shorts which conforms to the standards as defined in the Region & State Uniform Guidelines. Leggings or tights may be worn by themselves if they are plain black or the same colour as the centre uniform shorts.
