Round 1 of The Circuit, our interclub competition for U13 and older Athletes, is on Friday 19th October from 7pm until approx. 9pm.  That's just over a week away!

Athletes from Brighton, Sandringham, Caulfield and Moorabbin LACs are going to join us at Mentone for an evening of Nitro-style fun.

Athletes will earn points for their Centres, with a winning centre being decided on the night.

Hamburgers, Sausages and Subway will be available for dinner.

We are planning to offer the following events:

• Shuttle Hurdle Relay
• Accuracy Long Jump (bonus points for predicting longest jump distance)
• Shuttle 80m Relay
• Accuracy Triple Jump (bonus points for predicting longest jump distance)
• Elimination 1200m
• Target Turbo Javelin (bonus points for landing within target hoop)
• Mixed Medley Relay (100, 100, 200, 400)
• Target Soft Discus (bonus points for landing within target hoop)

We hope to see all U13 and older Athletes at Dolamore to make it a great night!

Please note that we are still running a normal session on Saturday 20th October for all age-groups, so you won't miss out on your regular events.
